Condition walkthroughs
When we tour, I'll point out what I notice, like the age of the roof, the furnace or water stains in the basement. Your inspector goes deeper, but you'll walk in knowing what to ask about.
Lender connections
I'll connect you with lenders I've worked with and trust, including ones who know the down payment assistance programs.
Goals and real numbers
We'll start with a conversation about your budget and what matters to you. No commitment, and no rush.
Your home search
Listing alerts set up around what you actually want, and showings when they work for you.
Offer strategy
When you find the one, we'll look at recent sales and the competition together and decide on an offer you feel good about.
Inspection support
We'll go through the report together and figure out what's worth asking for.
Title and closing
I stay in touch with your lender, the title company and the other agent, so you're not the one chasing anyone down.
