    I'll help you decide what's worth fixing and what isn't, and share stagers and contractors I trust.

  • Marketing

    Your listing goes on the MLS, social media and in front of other agents, with open houses if they make sense for your home.

  • Showing updates

    You'll hear from me as showings and feedback come in.

  • Reviewing offers

    When offers come in, we'll go through price, terms and contingencies side by side, at your pace.

  • Under contract to closing

    I stay involved through inspections, the appraisal and title, and keep you posted along the way.
